Fall NAN Virtual Chiefs Assembly

Google Calendar Nishnawbe Aski Nation will be hosting the NAN Chiefs Virtual Fall Assembly
REGISTRATION:
To register online for the assembly, please click here OR complete the registration form and email to nbarkman@nan.ca.
Official delegates MUST register to attend. You will receive a personal link that will allow you to securely connect to the meeting by video and/or a toll free conference number to connect by phone. Observers will only be allowed to view the live stream and are not required to register.
PROXIES:
Proxy notice must be sent in advance on letterhead and signed by the Chief and Council or a quorum of the Council. This letter will ensure that the proxy has full conference privileges to act on your behalf. A sample proxy letter is attached. Please send proxy letters electronically to the attention of Narene Barkman via email nbarkman@nan.ca.
RESOLUTIONS-DEADLINE: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2020:
Resolutions to be considered for the virtual assembly must be forwarded electronically, in advance, to Luke Hunter at lhunter@nan.ca.
