Post-Majority Care Services

The Final Settlement Agreement team would like to share the new updates to Post Majority Care. The eligibility and funding has been expanded for Post-Majority Care (PMC) services. Attached is a briefing note to update you on this new change, a tool kit to help guide you through the available services as well as an information sheet.
